The project
Our largest project since 2009, delivered on schedule.
PETRONAS is developing the Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID) and its associated facilities in Pengerang, southern Johor, as part of the Pengerang Integrated Complex.
Our work centred on the steam cracking heaters. We erected and modified the steel structures, handled the mechanical lifting and installation, and erected the piping along with fabricating and installing its supports. For a medium-sized engineering company, the scale was a real test. With close support from the main contractor, our team kept pace with the project schedule throughout.
