Ballast Boxes & Frame Supports

Built in our workshop, loaded straight onto the truck.

Gates URS needed service equipment for a rail project. We fabricated two sets of items in our Johor Bahru workshop: ballast boxes and frame supports.

The ballast boxes are welded hopper-type steel boxes on heavy base frames with lifting lugs. The frame supports are A-frame and post-type stands with base plates. Every item was fabricated and painted in the workshop, then lifted by crane onto trailers for delivery.
